Terms & Conditions

Our guarantee to you

We want you to succeed and almost all participants do succeed in securing the ambitious targets they are set. To help we offer you an agreed period of support and advice, depending on the programme option you choose. But we back that help with a guarantee. If within 12 months of attending the programme your agency has not raised at least a sum equivalent to the school investment we will repay the fee in full. To secure the refund simply we ask you to provide a set of audited accounts.

Booking Conditions

Fundraising School Ltd, who run the National Arts Fundraising School, operate simple cancellation terms once you’ve made a confirmed booking.

To guarantee your place we have to receive full payment 42 days before the School start date. If you change your mind and withdraw more than 30 days before the school there’s no penalty, and we’ll simply refund the fee.

If you cancel a programme booking 30 days or less before the event, you’ll have to pay the full fee. You can, however, nominate another person from your organisation to come in your place at no extra cost.

If you want to transfer to a later residential programme in less than 30 days we’ll have to charge you 50% of the total fee to cover the hotel and administration costs. But you can then use the other 50% towards a subsequent booking.
