=mc operates simple cancellation terms once you’ve made a confirmed booking

  • If you cancel more than 42 days (six weeks) before the programme there is no penalty.
  • If you cancel a programme booking 28-41 days before the event, the full fee will have to be paid. You may, however, either nominate another delegate to come in your place at no extra cost. Alternatively, you can transfer, on one occasion, to the same programme at a later date. This is provided the current invoice is paid along with an administration fee of £100 + VAT. Please note that once transferred, you cannot receive a refund if you cancel your place.
  • If you cancel 27 days or less before your programme, the full fee will have to be paid. You may, however, nominate another delegate to come in your place at no extra cost.

Responsibility of the organisation

In the event of a cancellation or transfer, whether due to illness or other unexpected circumstances, then immediate responsibility lies directly with the paying organisation to handle this according to the cancellation/transfer terms outlined above.
